Theme | 20 years of Credit Management in Transition

This year, Credit Expo celebrates its 20th anniversary with the theme: 20 Years of Credit Management in Transition. This milestone offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the developments that have shaped the field over the past two decades. Digitalisation, evolving regulations, and the societal shift towards socially responsible credit management have significantly transformed the landscape. The profession has undergone substantial professionalisation and has earned a strategic position within organisations. During this special edition, we not only look back on key milestones, but also focus on today’s most pressing challenges: from sustainable solutions to rising debt issues to the role of artificial intelligence in credit management. At the same time, we look ahead to tomorrow’s challenges and the continued evolution of the profession. The anniversary is therefore not just a moment of reflection, but one of progress.

More than 45 top credit management companies (B2B & B2C) present cutting-edge solutions for every step of the order-to-cash process.
