The Financial Accountant is responsible for contributing to an efficient and effective financial accounting, closing and reporting of several legal entities of Ampleon. The focus of this position is to perform accounting activities in the general ledger, generate overview of the balance sheet positions, providing effective financial analysis/control and improve administrative processes.
In this position, you will have the ability to learn and work in a challenging environment with global exposure. This position reports to the Finance Director.

Your responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the financial accounting of legal entities by preparing and record journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy;
• Review of the trial balance including review of accruals;
• Accurate monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports on the assigned legal entities;
• Analyzing and interpreting financial information, assure that information complies with financial and regulatory standards (IFRS and Local GAAP);
• The monthly and annual close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and monthly and annual reporting;
• Continuously improve processes resulting into more transparency and efficiency;
• Support Finance Director with ad hoc analysis.

You are also responsible for the reporting and communication on the account receivables and working capital.

Your responsibilities

• Financial accounting by preparing and coding journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy;
• The account receivables process, including monitoring of the statement of accounts, contact customers, align and report on open actions;
• Reporting of the accounts receivables and working capital position;
• Responsible for sales accounting including sales accrual accounting;
• The monthly and annual close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and monthly and annual reporting;
• Continuously improve processes resulting into more transparency and efficiency;
• Support Finance Director with ad hoc analysis.

Taken medewerker credit:

•        Behandelen diverse beheersmatige taken op het gebied van creditcardlimieten en bedrijfslimieten
•        Opdracht geven tot financiële boekingen
•        Beheer van de debiteurenportefeuille en contacten met het incassobureau/deurwaarder en de advocaat
•        Indienen en afhandeling claims kredietverzekeraar

Voor een handelsorganisatie gevestigd in het Westland zoekt Career Control momenteel een betrouwbare “Stand alone” Credit Manager.
Een zeer zelfstandige positie waarin je verder mag bouwen op de huidige fundering en toe kan werken naar een hoogwaardig en strak georganiseerd Creditmanagement. Je bent toe aan een volgende stap; weet inmiddels hoe je een strak proces neerzet en wil ook meer adviserend zijn richting directie. Daarnaast ben je er uiteraard niet vies van om zelf je klanten te bellen, want je bent ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor de operatie.

Onze opdrachtgever is een MKB organisatie waarin de medewerkers veel multidisciplinair werkzaam zijn. Zo ook de Credit Manager.

Werkzaamheden:
 

• Het toekennen ven kredietlimieten rekening houdend met gestelde normen.
• Het bewaken van betalingsvoorwaarden van klanten.
• Het bewaken en innen van achterstanden en een adequate afhandeling van claims, zo nodig in samenwerking met externen. (Advocaten en incasso – bureaus).
• Het doen van reservering voor dubieuze debiteuren en claims samen met sales en landen managers.
• Rapporteren van KPI Dashboard.
• Het beheren van de verzekeringsportfolio, en het afwikkelen van schade.
• Het contract beheer.

Kortom: Een hands-on zelfstandige functionerende operational credit manager, die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CFO. Uiteindelijk neem je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ontzorg je de CFO die vooral een klankbord is bij zware beslissingen en escalaties.
Maar je bent dus ook een professional die zich multidisciplinair verder wil ontwikkelen in de volledige breedte van C.M, creditrisk analysis, insurances & claims.

Voor een fashion brand – organisatie in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Credit Controller om tijdelijk de achterstanden in de debiteurenportefeuille weg te werken: Debiteuren bellen, betaalafspraken maken, voortgang monitoren. En verder dispuutzaken, klachten signaleren en op (laten) lossen. Meters maken & snel schakelen dus!
Dit is een parttime functie  Je werkomgeving is informeel, easy going sfeer, hartje Amsterdam. Intern is de officiële voertaal Engels, maar er wordt vooral Nederlands gesproken. Om de debiteurenportefeuille te behandelen, dien je Nederlands te spreken / schrijven, Engels of Frans is mooi meegenomen.

De baan is in eerste instantie voor tijdelijk (12 maanden), maar kan best eens uitmonden in vast dienstverband als je dat tzt wenst.
 

Voor onze klant in Waalwijk zijn wij op zoek naar een interim Medewerker Crediteurenbeheer. Deze fulltime functie start z.s.m. en duurt naar verwachting 6 maanden, mogelijk langer. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Crediteurenbeheerder die zich thuis voelt in een informele en professionele omgeving binnen een internationale organisatie. 

De belangrijkste dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn:

• Het dagelijks nalopen van de verwerking van inkoopfacturen door het geautomatiseerde systeem
• Het waar nodig aanvullen / corrigeren van informatie / coderingen
• Het verwerken van inkomende uitgavensheets
• Intercompany facturatie
• Het checken van correctheid van inkomende facturen en daarover indien nodig contact opnemen met leveranciers
• Het wekelijks uitvoeren van de betaalrun

Als Controller voor Support Office ben je verantwoordelijk voor het budgetteren, bewaken en analyseren van kwantitatieve en financiële bedrijfsprocessen en administratie voor de volgende aandachtsgebieden: supply chain, overheadkosten, projectdeelname en -control, begeleiding (proces)audits.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, breng je een flinke dosis cijfermatige kennis en ervaring mee. Je combineert je servicegerichte instelling met sterk analytisch vermogen en communicatieve vaardigheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• monitoring van overhead en IT kosten en het bespreken ervan met de budgethouders (volledigheid, juistheid);

• berekenen en monitoren van verschillende supply chain gerelateerde KPI’s en bedragen (o.a. DSI, inkoopkortingen en kostprijzen);
• opstellen van goed onderbouwde budgetten en forecast van overhead kosten;
• bijdragen aan het maandelijkse maandafsluitingsproces door het analyseren van de resultaten, verzorgen van groepsrapportages en het schrijven van management comments;
• intensief samenwerken met de administratie om processen te versimpelen en inzichten te vergroten, (o.a. purchase to pay proces). Je werkt gezamenlijke voorstellen uit en ondersteunt met de implementatie;
• het beantwoorden van ad-hoc vragen en het geven van (ongevraagd) advies aan verschillende afdelingen in de organisatie (o.a. HR, sales, marketing, IT en vastgoed);
• continu optimaliseren en verifiëren van de financiële en administratieve processen;
• participeren in diverse projecten voor het verbeteren van de administratieve organisatie, processen, systemen en tenders.

De Senior Medewerker Accounting draagt zorg en is verantwoordelijk voor de accounting processen die hem of haar zijn
toegewezen. Ook is de Senior Medewerker Accounting verantwoordelijk voor het adequaat beheren en uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden betreffende de hem of haar toegewezen vakinhoudelijke of systeemtechnische specialismen. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de teamleider van de betreffende afdeling binnen FSSC.
 

• Controle op naleving van procedures en voorschriften in lijn van de organisatie en wetgeving.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van meerdere administraties inclusief de maand- en jaarafsluiting hiervan, de interne controle werkzaamheden en het opstellen en bijwerken van de bijbehorende balansdossiers.
• Verbeteren en bewaken van administratieve organisatie en interne controles, opzetten van Internal framework
• Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, controleren en rapporteren van de werkzaamheden betreffende toegewezen vakinhoudelijke of systeemtechnische specialismen voor meerdere administraties
• Verbeteren en bewaken van dashboard en rapportages binnen betreffende applicaties.
• Diverse rapportages opstellen voor het MT, Controlling en overige belanghebbenden
• Participeren in verbeterprojecten
